On 'Kirstie Alley's Big Life' (Sun., 10:30PM ET on A&E), the cameras entered the bedroom. No, it wasn't for a sex tape, it was to help people lose weight. Seriously!

Kirstie and her trainer took to the bedroom to help Jim, Kirstie's handyman, exercise while having intercourse with his wife. Kirstie filmed while her trainer used pillows to show Jim some bedroom moves. Yeah, it was kind of weird, but stranger for Kirstie's kids who heard about it without any context.

"You were so funny last night, oh my god, the way you were jumping around on that bed like a lunatic ... so take a shower and let's get back at it," Kirstie said over breakfast, leaving True and Lillie wondering what exactly happened. "I have no idea, but I'm a little grossed out," Lillie said.
