Kelly Ripa Rates Lucy Liu's Chances on 'The Amazing Race' (VIDEO)

Start boning up on Mandarin Chinese now, because Kelly Ripa believes that being able to speak the language is the key to winning 'The Amazing Race.'

While guesting on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated), Lucy Liu reveals that she speaks Mandarin Chinese, English and a smattering of Spanish, French and Japanese. This causes Ripa to excitedly exclaim that Liu would have an edge as a contestant on the game show.

"You would be great on 'The Amazing Race,'" Ripa said. "I've decided that if you can speak Chinese -- Mandarin -- you can win 'The Amazing Race,' I believe."

You've made it sure that you're already having some muscles in your skinny arms? To make it well defined and sculpted, you've to train with lighter weights (high reps). Being a female, it won't take as much time for you to get it.
