During a segment on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated) with Beth Ostrosky Stern, wife of radio personality Howard Stern, a Labrador Retriever named Scooter relieves himself on-air ... twice.After the dog does his business, Regis Philbin waves a hand in front of his face, grimaces, then staggers off-camera due to the odor. "I knew he was a big dog, but not that big," Philbin said.
