Spencer Pratt had another in a series of freak outs on 'The Hills' (Tue., 10PM ET on MTV). This time, the target of his rage was his wife Heidi Montag's sister -- and her mother as well.

Spencer lashed out at Heidi's sister Holly Montag, calling her the "biggest poseur in this town." The fight centered around Spencer's anger with Heidi's mom, Darlene Egelhoff, who has publicly criticized Heidi's multiple plastic surgery operations. While yelling at Heidi's sister, Spencer said this about Darlene: "Your mom is just the vagina that made Heidi come onto Earth. Your mom is not Jesus, or God, or the Creator!" Wow.

Heidi was rightfully appalled by this, and tried to make Spencer settle down. But it didn't work. Her husband stormed out of the room, slamming the door behind him.
