The mystery deepens on 'Happy Town' (Wed., 10PM ET on ABC). The residents of the small town of Haplin, Minnesota are gathered at the annual Thaw Fest carnival, when one person vanishes.

Rachel (Amy Acker), wife of Deputy Sheriff Tommy Conroy (Geoff Stults), disappears from the festival, leaving in her wake only a cell phone and a suddenly blank notebook as clues. Could she have been stolen away by the mysterious kidnapper known as the "Magic Man"?

As Tommy frantically searches for Rachel, he spies a large bird perched in one of the trees, recalling an earlier prophecy about the Magic Man, who has a bird "with wings of fire." Tommy stares in horror as the bird flaps away. Will he be able to rescue his wife?
