'Bold and the Beautiful' Adds Two Major Stars

Adrienne FrantzAdrienne Frantz and Scott Clifton have been added to the cast of last year's Emmy winner for Outstanding Daytime Drama Series, 'The Bold and the Beautiful,' according to Soap Central.

Frantz will reprise her role as Amber Moore, a role she originated in 1997. Frantz played the same role on 'The Young and the Restless' until about two weeks ago, when her character decided to return to Los Angeles to take care of her son, Eric.

Amber's return should spice things up a bit, considering her juicy past on the show. Two of her previous love interests -- Rick and Thomas Forrester -- are currently unattached, so here's hoping that she stirs things up with one (or both) of them.

As for Clifton, the four-time Emmy nominee has been on ABC's 'One Life to Live' this year, playing troubled teacher Schuyler Jopin. No word yet about what character Clifton will be playing on 'B&B,' but given his successful track record as Dillon Quartermaine on 'General Hospital' and Joplin on 'OLTL,' he should make his mark.

Frantz's on air return will be Jul. 1, while Clifton is expected to make his first appearance about two weeks later.

Very disappointed with the way B&B has been going recently, this may be my reason to STOP watching!
