Soulmates on 'The Big Bang Theory' (VIDEO)

You would think that online dating -- with its use of computers, the Internet, and mathematical algorithms -- would appeal to a fairly geeky guy like Sheldon (Jim Parsons). But if you thought that, you might be wrong. On 'The Big Bang Theory' (Mon., 9:30PM ET on CBS), Sheldon's friends create an Internet dating profile for him. But conflict -- followed by possible romance -- is the end result.[Spoiler alert.]
Sheldon initially resists being set up with a girl over the Internet. But then he meets Amy (played by Mayim Bialik), and she sort of turns out to be Sheldon 2.0. She's a girl who is so befuddled by relationships that she instantly says this to him: "Before this goes any further, you should know that all forms of physical contact -- up to and including coitus -- are off the table."
She's the perfect match for Sheldon, in that they're exactly the same. But is this a good direction for the show to go in? Do you prefer Sheldon as an adorably incompetent single guy?
