Sarah Ferguson Faces the Devil on 'Oprah' (VIDEO)

Oh those British blue bloods. There's always been scandal among the royals (think Prince Charles and Princess Diana's improprieties) and Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York and ex-wife of Prince Andrew, is no exception. Her latest: She wanted a $40,000 bribe from a "businessman" (actually a reporter) to introduce him to her ex-husband.

Ferguson was on Tuesday's 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' (weekdays, syndicated) and Winfrey showed Ferguson the tape of her attempt at bribery. She hadn't seen it yet, she said, because she was afraid to "look the devil in the face."

After the video, Ferguson was all remorseful. "Actually, I feel really sorry for her," she said, as if disassociating herself from the person on the screen. "She looks exhausted ... It's sad."

She now knows she wasn't in her right place; she had been drinking, was exhausted and -- probably most importantly -- in dire financial straits. Oh, so that's why.
