On-again, off-again couple Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner have a heart-to-heart, then profess their love for each other on 'The Hills' (Tue., 10PM on MTV).Brody apologies to Kristin for making time with McKaela, then says he loves her while sipping on a drink. Kristin apathetically responds in kind. Then, the two toast. Ain't love grand?
