It looks like Liza Minnelli won't be appearing on 'Celebrity Rehab' after all.

Yesterday, a rep for Minnelli denied rumors that she is in talks to join the VH1 reality series, which features stars battling troubles and addiction with the help of Dr. Drew Pinsky.

"Liza Minnelli, who is beginning a national tour in St. Louis on June 5, is not now, nor will ever be, on 'Celebrity Rehab,'" her rep told US Mag.

Previous reports claimed that Minnelli was being offered $500,000 to be on the show.

The story comes on the heels of rumors that VH1 is putting the show on hold because only one name -- Tila Tequila -- had agreed to appear.

While Minnelli has eschewed this offer, she has had past experiences in rehab, including a 1984 stint at the Betty Ford Clinic for substance abuse.

Minnellil can currently be seen on the big screen in 'Sex & the City 2' in a scene-stealing cameo. She'll also be guesting on the premiere of Bravo's 'Kathy Griffin: Life on the D List,' on June 15.
