The fourth season premiere of 'Burn Notice' fired up the ratings for the USA Network, drawing in 6.6 million viewers overall with 2.6 million in the coveted 18-49 demo, according to The Hollywood Reporter. That topped last summer's opener by 10 percent and was the third highest-rated episode for the net in the 18-34 demo. The Jeffrey Donovan starrer remains cable's most-watched show.

That lead-in helped the 10 p.m. season premiere of the medical dramedy "Royal Pains," which beat its series premiere last year with 5.8 million viewers, up 5 percent.
