This is the season finale of 'Glee' (Tue., 9PM ET on Fox), and big stuff is happening. Big, big stuff. For one thing, Quinn (Dianna Agron) finally has her baby. And other important things happen as well, which we're only going to reveal after the jump, so as not to ruin it for you.

The glee club takes on their archrivals -- the Vocal Adrenaline team. And the good guys ... lose. Quinn's mother arrives and reveals that she wants Quinn back in her life. Immediately after the team's performance, Quinn's water breaks, and she races off to the hospital, accompanied by Finn and Mercedes (played by Cory Monteith and Amber Riley.)

Quinn gives birth to a girl, who is named Beth. In the end, she allows the baby to be adopted by Shelby (of all people). Shelby (Idina Menzel) is the actual mother of Rachel (Lea Michele). She now regrets giving Rachel away, and wants to start a real family. Hopefully adopting Beth will give her that second chance.

Are you following all of this? We hope so. Things seem to work out for the best on the finale. The glee club loses the competition, but the glee club will continue and will not be disbanded, as the members feared. Quinn gives away her baby, but also gives a mother a new opportunity. So here's the moral (in case you needed one): life goes on, often for the better.
