Justin Puts Best Foot Forward on 'The Bachelorette' (VIDEO)

Justin The BacheloretteJustin Rego already got off on the wrong foot with his fellow-cohorts in the 'Bachelorette' mansion, and it appears the same thing might have happened last week during his impromptu visit to Ali's mansion.

With crutches in tow, Justin hiked a seemingly endless journey up to surprise Ali before her date with Hunter. The payoff, of course, was worth it: Ali was completely taken aback, and Justin got the one-on-one time he was looking for.

But that wasn't the only surprise of the night: Viewers at home may have noticed that, for much of his hike, Justin was seen wobbling down the street on his right foot, with his left leg elevated in a cast. But just as he made his way up the driveway, the camera briefly showed him using his left foot instead. To add more confusion to the mix, in the next shot, Justin was shown using his right foot again as normal.

UPDATE: In a statement released to TV Squad, the producers of the show said, "Justin definitely had a broken left foot for the duration of the filming of 'The Bachelorette.' For the geographic clarity of Justin's journey to find Ali, we thought it best to "flop" a shot. "Flopping" a shot creates a mirrored version of the image. The unintentional consequence was that Justin's cast in the mirrored version appears to be on his right leg rather than the left."

Don't know if Justin's broken foot is a fake, but in that scene when he walked to Ali's, his shirt was inside out, did anyone notice that?

Ok....he is not faking. I do not like this guy at all but I can tell you he is not faking. If you look at the videoclip closely, the image has simply been flipped. Editors/producers/etc. do this so an image is more aesthetically pleasing. Look closely and you will notice that the arm where his tattoo is always opposite of hurt leg, and his watch is always on the same side as the hurt leg. The image has simply been flipped. I would like to pin this guy for faking just as much as the next person but he isnt.

The video has been flipped! He wears his watch on the left wrist. In the video where they show him with the cast on the right foot the watch is on the right wrist. Watch the details, its easy to spot a flipped video.

I don't know what you are talking about. The leg being held up is the left leg in every shot.

Maybe you are confused about front and back images.

Just viewed the video. Forget the feet, is that the "rated R" tee shirt turned inside out? haha What a tool. And yes, I do have too much time on my hands today.

That was very obviously a mirrored image. They must have flipped the film. A very simple mistake, and it happens everywhere. They wanted the angle to be in a certain spot, or whatever, but it's fine. Flipped images happen all the time.

Yes, glad to see wimpy weatherman go and hope Casey the weirdo is next, but I don't see a guy in there that impresses me. Not that you can judge a book by its cover and not that we get to know the real guy, but it is funny and a bit entertaining. I don't think Ali will pick anyone, although she slipped recently on a TV show and said she fell in love on The Bachelorette whatever that could mean. Oh well, as good as spending time watching vampire movies or something.
