Fighting a Knight on 'Cake Boss' (VIDEO)

On 'Cake Boss' (Mon., 9PM ET on TLC), Buddy Valastro and his team get hired to make a cake for the King of 'Medieval Times' -- which is a medieval-themed restaurant featuring jousting and sword fights. And once the cake portion of the show is done, it's time to engage in some medieval extracurricular activities.

A knight challenges Buddy to a joust on horseback -- and Buddy accepts the challenge. Um, Buddy? Dude? All of your training is cake-related! You're from New Jersey! Do you really have a lot of jousting experience, or is this a terrible idea?

To be honest, we had grave doubts about the whole thing. But then Buddy -- dressed in white, as befitting a hero -- takes on the knight. He knocks the bad guy off his horse, and wins the joust! Stunning. Either Buddy has natural medieval skills or the whole thing was staged. But either way, we got to see someone get knocked off a horse, so it's all good.
