Did you watch the premiere episode of 'Scoundrels' (Sun., 9PM ET on ABC)? If so, you know that the West family is really good at making sure they're the ones who come out on top. In this clip, Heather managed to do just that, despite the fact that a sleazy photographer thought he had the best of her.
Think again, buddy. You're dealing with a scoundrel.
