Judge Milian Kicks a Defendant Out of Her Courtroom (VIDEO)

Here's the way we wish the court system really worked -- you're in the wrong, stop wasting the court's time, get the hell out.

In this case on 'The People's Court' (weekdays, syndicated), the defendant had been hired to help the plaintiffs find an apartment and when they didn't get it, he kept their money. That's not right, Judge Marilyn Milian said. No matter who's fault it was for not getting the apartment, the defendant couldn't keep their money. But by the time she had said that, she was pretty much fed up with the defendant.

"I'm done with you flapping your gums and thinking you've got the gift of gab to get whatever you want out of life. You are really in the wrong here." But no matter how many times she asked him to be quiet, he kept interrupting. Finally, the judge blew it.

"Get out of my courtroom. I'm tired of you."
