A Surprise Winner on 'Wipeout' (VIDEO)

So here we are in Season 3 of 'Wipeout' (Thu., 8PM ET on ABC) and each week we watch 24 contestants -- all ages, shapes and sizes -- hoping to make it through the world's largest extreme obstacle course. They get smashed, beat, pummeled, muddied and generally physically assaulted in an attempt to make it through the course, be named "Wipeout Champion" and, of course, come away with some cash.

This time out, despite the doubts of hosts John Anderson and John Henson, contestant Sugar Mama takes out all the guys and wins $50,000.
