The cable network is in talks with film actor David Strathairn ('Good Night, and Good Luck') for the lead role in the action-adventure pilot 'Alphas,' reports Deadline.

Meaghan Rath is eyeing the role of Molly the ghost in the series about a vampire, a ghost and a werewolf who share an apartment.
