Poll: Who Should Replace Steve Carell on 'The Office'?

Steve CarellNow that we know Steve Carell is getting out of the paper business on NBC's 'The Office,' the question of who should replace him is hot on the tongues of fans everywhere.

With that said, AOL TV and Life & Style Weekly want to know who you think should replace Carell's Michael Scott as head of Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch.

How about Simon Cowell? Maybe they could just swap. Truthfully, I don't think either of them should get replaced. If those who are left can't carry the shows,let them die.

I think without Carrell, the show is doomed. I really think it has lived it life, and should just make a hour long last episode and have a good ending (NOt like Seinfield) and tell how everyone ends up,

I think "The Office" should end, with Steve Carell's departure. I'd hate to see them milk the show without him.
