On Louis C.K.'s 'Louie' (Tue., 11PM on FX), Ricky Gervais popped up as one of Louie's old buddies who is now a doctor. Like any interaction between old buddies, insults were thrown around.

"You don't need a doctor, you need a time machine," Gervais as the doctor said. "Did no one tell you t--s are supposed to be on women, not men?"

Then it came time for Louie's rectal exam, a procedure men should take seriously, especially those over 40. But, in the middle of the exam, the doctor had a little fun with Louie and it was much more than the patient bargained for.
