Jon is still in a contract with TLC and can't work. If you go to TLC's website you'll see they still have Jon and Kate Plus 8 listed as one of their shows even though they don't film it anymore. They have him tied up in a contract and still are paying him. Idiots who think they know it all about Jon should keep their big mouths shut.

Anne, where on earth did you get the idea that I said it was ok for men to abuse women. What I said, if you would re-read my post, is that Jon is a man and he should have stood up to her the first time she talked down to him. I did not say anything about physical abuse. Everyone seems to think that Kate verbally abused Jon , no physical abuse as you seem to suggest that I think is ok. You must be an idiot to even think that. When someone is in a new relatonship and they let the other person talk to them disrespectfully, it is up to them to tell that person they will not put up with it and walk out of the relationship if it continues. If they do not then they are saying to that person that is ok to treat me that way. Now is that clear enough for YOU. Of course, I do not aprove of women being physically abused by men.

how anyone could consider this "thing" to be a loving mother, I have no idea! She lacks patience and empathy. She shows no love at all, only resentment for those kids.
