Clay Aiken: 'Some Kids are A**holes' (VIDEO)

According to Clay Aiken, it doesn't necessarily matter what kind of environment kids are raised in. Sometimes, kids behave badly just because they're "a**holes," he said on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated). Questionable outlook on children? Probably. 100 percent funny? Absolutely.

"Some kids are a**holes," Aiken said, earning nervous laughter and stunned looks from the panel. "What? It's the truth."

Whoopi Goldberg looked shocked. "Can I say that?" she asked, her mouth agape.

How is this questionable? Maybe in a perfect world. It's pretty much a fact that some kids are a holes. You knew them when you were a kid. People don't just spontaneously become a holes as adults. If you are a jerk now chances are you were probably a jerk as a kid. I think you would be wearing rose-colored glasses to think otherwise.

Clay did an exit interview after the show, and showed his cue card. The line was written that way on the card.

My sister is a teacher and I think she may agree with Clay about this sometimes...hee! I can't wait for the Timeless Tour to start soon. Clay is fun at his concerts. Check him out.
