Major FAIL on 'The Rachel Maddow Show' (VIDEO)

by Oliver Miller, posted Jul 14th 2010 11:50PM
Major FAIL on 'The Rachel Maddow Show'Ah, there's nothing better than live TV. On the latest installment of 'The Rachel Maddow Show' (weeknights, 9PM ET on MSNBC), host Maddow was attempting to discuss how current Republican proposals would massively increase the size of the U.S. deficit.

Unfortunately, her presentation involved sticking giant red pieces of something-or-other onto a display screen. And those pieces kept falling off the screen, over and over again. "I knew that was gonna happen!" Maddow said.

So Rachel had to have a crew member named Rich come out and physically hold the big red whatever-they-were things up. She was in good spirits about it, though. But then, everything still fell down again afterward. Oh, Rachel. In Internet-speak, this is all a major FAIL. You have been PWNED ... by pieces of red felt.

When she segued to a talk with Senator Sherrod Brown, the senator had this to say: "You're having too much fun."

"I am having fun!" she replied. "Whenever things fail visibly on television, I enjoy myself." Aw, Rachel, we love you.

At any rate, the point that Rachel was trying to make was that current Republican proposals would add more than three TRILLION dollars to the deficit. That's interesting, considering that the GOP is supposed to be the party of fiscal responsibility. Do you think Rachel is right? Are the Republicans acting a little crazy with their current proposals? Feel free to leave your replies in the comment section.

I dont watch her because she looks, talks, and dresses like a man which is an abomination to God. If she is a lib she distorts the truth on purpose and who wants to watch a homosexual pervert.. (According to the bible ) It's so disgusting and libs find nothing wrong with this strange 'woman." See no evil, hear no evil." Of course the libs will start their HATE SPEECH if you don't accept lesbians as NORMAL. So much for inclusion.

...and this family's money should go to who?

The family earned it, not the government, the family paid taxes on it, not other individuals.

There is no logic other then 'they have it so you can take' it for this type of redistribution... none.

I love the fact that people who claim they Don't watch Rachel Maddow's show have an awful lot to say about it, or more succinctly, Rachael. Most of it personal insults of her orientation, or her left side political view (not really radical at all but you wouldn't know that since you dont watch her)her looks, etc. Its like me claiming how stupid I find Glenn Beck and Rush Limpdick but never watching them.... however, I do watch them when I can because it's always better to know how the enemies of freedom think... and those 2 are the enemies of the common man and woman, by race baiting and outright lying ot people too stupid to check their "facts"...

She's a Rhodes Scholar, folks! THAT makes her intelligent, whether you want to admit it or not. I prefer to listen to commentary and leadership from people with intellectual credentials, not hyperbole from talking heads. You people who get your news from Fox are not intelligent enough to understand that they count on your ignorance to get their message out. They prey on the ignorance of their audience to take up the conservative cause. All these people who spew on about "government spending" and "big government" don't have a clue what they would do to fix the Republican-caused problems our country is facing. No doubt, the things they would cut are things they are taking advantage of themselves but are too stupid to realize it. Remember, "Government Take Your Hands off my Medicar?" I rest my case!

Racheal has the figure of a potato; she uses her wardrobe of mens jackets and prisoner stripped shirts to hide her short legs, wide bottom and shows off her fat neck and large adams apple. The guy has no common sense, the progressive agenda will be squashed in about 100 days, AMEN.......

This is why republicans are out of touch with main stream America. None of the points you made about your duly elected president are true, but why bother with something as petty as that when you have an agenda to push. I would say that President Bush and his conservative mandate has helped to create such a divisive atmosphere in America today. The only true Americans who don't have a bone to pick are the moderates.

Unlike most of her FOX peers Maddows is well educated and puts her
training to good use through her research and excellent in-depth
reporting. Name calling and branding seems to be the principal
tactic and methods used by some conservative equals.

Malfunctioning props is the least of Rachel Maddow's problems. Her show, her network, her appearance and persona are all in the dumper. MSNBC and CNN might as well close their doors because no one watches their shows or so called personalities. Maddow will very soon have another "former show" she has bombed on. The woman thinks she is an intellectual but her commentaries are devoid of real facts and corroboration by any valid person or group. On top of that her never ending facial grimacing and her black, gray and brown wardrobe would only appeal to other dykes and knowledge challenged individuals.
