'90210'
- After the budding superstar took off on her summer tour, Navid is having a tough time dealing with a long-distance relationship. Expect things to escalate a bit when school's back in session and Adriana's not there. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- One of the follow characters will come out of the closet this fall: Navid, Liam or Teddy. The situation will be addressed in a real and relatable way. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Bones'
- The official premiere title is 'The Mastodon In The Room,' and it features a rather awesome opening sequence in which every member of the team is accounted for and beckoned back to D.C. to "save" Cam, who as the federal medical examiner is being hammered by the media about a controversial corpse in her custody. Some people don't appreciate her argument that veterans are suffering brain damage caused by combat. The gang will have been gone for just seven months when Caroline summons Booth and Brennan back to the Jeffersonian in the Sept. 23 season premiere to help Cam. - Deirdre Lovejoy will reappear for her final turn as murderous Heather "Gravedigger" Taffet, who has one last card to play after being convicted. The same episode will introduce someone much worse, who will dog us for the season. That baddie will be someone highly motivated to do great harm to our people -- a personal vendetta. One of the characters will be a victim. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
'Chuck'
- In the premiere, Dolph Lundgren will play Marko, a Russain bad guy. In the same episode, Harry Dean Stanton will play a man who comes between Chuck and his search for Mom. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'CSI: New York'
- Melina Kanakaredes is exiting the hit series. [Source: The Hollywood Reporter]
- Sela Ward is joining the series in the season premiere as an investigator from Washington, D.C., who is basically the anti-Mac Taylor, using empathy to feed her desire to aid victims. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
'Desperate Housewives'
- Paul's time in jail has changed him, so much so that -- at least initially -- the former evildoer has returned to Wisteria Lane with good intentions. Meanwhile, on the road to hell: Felicia Tillman won't return to Fairview herself, but will have an emissary of sorts on Wisteria Lane. That emissary will have a very specific objective. 'Dexter'
- Peter Weller will appear in eight episodes of the upcoming season as a Miami Metro cop who gets entangled in an internal affairs investigation. [Source: Zap2It]
'Fringe'
- 'The Wire's' Andre Royo will guest star in the show's third season premiere. He will play Henry, a soulful taxi driver who is unexpectedly forced into a tense situation with Olivia. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Glee'
- The show is preparing a Britney Spears episode. [Source: The Hollywood Reporter]
- Rachel and Finn will be together all season. Don't expect the couple to quickly jump into bed. Rachel will find out that Finn lied to her about sleeping with Santana. Next year, we'll get to see Nationals. Terri Schuester will be back full-time. Kristin Chenoweth will return early in the season as April. [Source: Zap2It]
- Mike O'Malley, who plays Kurt's father, will be a series regular next season. Puck and Quinn won't be together. Quinn will be back to her old, bitchy self while somehow managing to maintain BFF status with Mercedes. Brittany will take center stage, singing two entire songs, in the Britney Spears-themed episode. Terri will devote her day-to-day efforts to winning Will back. She'll even go as far as getting involved with a dude who's actually capable of making Will jealous. [Source: Give Me My Remote]
- The show is adding a new high school jock named Sam, who is described as very good looking. Though he plays football, Sam must also have a strong singing voice. Sounds like he could be at the heart of the season premiere, which is titled "Audition." [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
'Gossip Girl'
- There is a nighttime scene planned for the premiere in which Blair and Serena have one of their famous catfights. The scene is shot in a gorgeous French fountain and Blair will shove Serena straight into it. [Source: Zap2It]
'Grey's Anatomy'
- James Tupper is joining the show in the recurring role of Andrew Perkins, a trauma counselor brought in to help Seattle Grace recover from that nightmarish season-ending bloodbath. He will appear in at least two episodes. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'House'
- Amber Tamblyn will appear in multiple episodes as a whip-smart med student House recruits for his diagnostic team - despite the fact that she isn't yet 100 percent qualified to treat patients. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Law & Order: SVU'
- Joan Cusack will guest star as the mother of a girl who disappeared some years earlier. When her other daughter goes missing, she becomes the focus of an investigation. Cusack's episode will be the same in which Erik Weber, the character to be played by Henry Ian Cusick, will be introduced. [Source: TV Guide]
'Life Unexpected'
- Shaun Sipos is joining the series in the recurring role of Eric, a new teacher at Westmonte High School. Sipos' character may have inappropriate encounters with both Lux and her best friend, Tasha. [Source: Fancast and Give Me My Remote]
- Arielle Kebbel will play Paige, the new hottie in town who may well wind up tending more than bar for Baze. Amy Price-Francis has landed the role of Kelly, a conservative anchor/chatterbox who becomes a partner on the radio show that Cate and Ryan front. Both roles are recurring. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- The series will add a forty-something character named Emma as a possible older love interest for Baze. Just one catch: she works for Baze's father and is a bit stuffy. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
'Smallville'
- Laura Vandervoort has inked a deal to reprise her role as Kara. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Supernatural'
- Fredric Lehne will return as the series' original baddie, the Yellow Eyed Demon, also known as Azazel. The season premiere will be titled 'A Weekend at Bobby's.' [Source: Zap2It]
'The Vampire Diaries'
- Taylor Kinney, who appeared on 'Trauma,' is joining the cast in the recurring role of Mason Lockwood, younger brother of late Mayor Lockwood. Described as Tyler's "cool" uncle, Mason is sexy and athletic and possesses an easygoing charm. Though he has more control than his nephew, he can flip in an instant if crossed. He will be introduced in the season premiere. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- Word is Taylor Kinney may be requiring full-body hair extensions to play his character when the full moon comes out over Mystic Falls. The show is looking for a ruggedly handsome African American actor to play a carnival worker named Carter, who'll flirt with Bonnie and pick a fight with Tyler. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
- The season premiere is titled 'The Return.' [Source: Watch with Kristin]
