Jane Leeves Gets a Little Catty About Catherine Zeta-Jones (VIDEO)

'Hot in Cleveland' star Jane Leeves was the guest on 'The Kilborn File' (weeknights, 7PM ET on Fox). While she was on the show, Leeves took the opportunity to unleash a little cattiness against Catherine Zeta-Jones. Ooh! We like it! A little British actress vs. British actress fight!

Craig Kilborn told Leeves that he had once read that she was the highest-paid English actress. " ... Well, that's what they're saying," Jane replied. "But that would be a bit sad wouldn't it, really? I'm sure, like, Catherine Zeta-Jones has outdone me." Then, Leeves paused for half a second. " ... Although she's going to have to probably wait a few years for that money."

"Was that a reference to divorcing someone?" Kilborn asked.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no," Jane said.

This was, in fact, a fairly subtle burn, which referred to the fact that Zeta-Jones is currently married to Michael Douglas. And Douglas' divorce from his previous wife was one of the most expensive in Hollywood history -- costing him an estimated $45 million, not including the two houses that he had to give to his ex-wife.

So if Catherine Zeta-Jones ever did divorce Michael Douglas -- she'd stand to come away with, well, quite a lot of money. But Jane was only kidding! Just a little joke! Jane Leeves really seems incredibly nice and self-deprecating. So, just a mild zinger on her part.
