'Chelsea Lately' Staff Invents Line Dance to Mel Gibson Rant (VIDEO)

These rants from Mel Gibson are becoming so commonplace, they're almost boring. Trust the staff of 'Chelsea Lately' (weeknights, 11PM ET on E!) to stir things up by turning the latest pontification into a line dance.

"[Gibson] laid out some pretty specific instructions on how she would have to get him back," explained Chelsea Handler about the actor's message for ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

"'You're not allowed back until you crawl back, then suck my (blank), then apologize -- in that order,'" Handler recited. "This has already become a very popular line dance that's taken this office by storm." Three of the show's employees then gave a brilliant demonstration.
