'90210'
- Forget Liam. Annie has found a sexy new mature man, and it's all because of some spilled coffee. Thanks to a little run-in with a sexy stranger, Annie is going to find someone she has a lot in common with, but unfortunately, at least initially, Naomi's ex will stand in the way of a little lovin'. This guy might just be related to Liam. Jen and Naomi are going to continue duking it out, only this time there are lawyers involved. Naomi's eight-month pregnant sister is determined to keep her equally unstable sister away from the family funds, but luckily for Naomi the court sides with her this time around. 'Castle'
- The show is looking to add a possibly recurring character to the cast. A middle-aged former cop-turned-bounty-hunter, the character is described as a larger-than-life figure with a good sense of humor. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
- We'll learn a lot more about Beckett's early years on the force in this season's third episode when her training officer becomes the focal point of a case. Said training officer is being played by Jason Beghe, and rumor has it the two may have been romantically involved back in the day. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
- The writers are creating an incredibly manipulative villain who will get away and become a thorn in Beckett's and Castle's sides. This serial killer, known as "3xK" kills in threes and will have the delicious appeal of a Hannibal Lecter. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
'Chuck'
- Olivia Munn will play an impossibly cool, smart, and pretty CIA agent who intimidates and schools Chuck and Morgan in the season 4 premiere. That just so happens to be the same episode that features a guest turn by iconic 'Rocky IV' villain Dolph Lundgren. The show is looking for a real-life supermodel to play a dangerous, sexy, and kick-ass supermodel in this season's second episode, titled 'Chuck vs. the Suitcase.' Nicole Richie will reprise her role of Sarah's high school nemesis in October when a prison transfer goes awry and her character, Heather Chandler, ends up being stowed away at Castle. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin is making a comeback in the same October episode. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'CSI'
- Justin Bieber will guest star in the season premiere and will return later this season as Jason McCann, a troubled teen who is faced with a tough decision involving his only brother. [Source: TV Guide]
'Desperate Housewives'
- Paul Young's new wife has a secret, and it's a doozy. Remember: They tied the knot while he was in the slammer, and, well, they were never able to consummate their union. Now that he's free and they can finally be together, that's going to be a problem. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
- Bree has a nasty confrontation with some tired old wallpaper in the season premiere. Andrea Bowen will not reprise her role of Julie Mayer in the upcoming season. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Dexter'
- Katherine Moennig will guest star in the upcoming season as a tattoo artist in the one-episode appearance. [Source: TV Guide]
'Glee'
- Quinn will play a surprising role in Kurt's new romance. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
'Gossip Girl'
- Blair does not have a new love interest in the works. If you've seen the pictures of Dan and Vanessa pushing around a stroller, know that the word is that it's Dan's actual baby! [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Katie Kassidy's character on the show will be named Juliet Sharp. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Grey's Anatomy'
- Sloan will team with Callie to perform a major operation in the Season 7 premiere. The patient is a 19-year-old young man who suffers twitches and facial drooping because of an advanced tumor. It's so advanced, in fact, that his family has already held a living memorial for him before the surgery. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
'Law & Order: SVU'
- Actress Maria Bello will appear in two episodes as a woman with a secret past who becomes involved in one of Detective Olivia Benson's investigations. [Source: Fancast]
- 'Precious' star Paula Patton will join the cast as Assistant District Attorney Mikka Von in multiple episodes, beginning with Episode 5. [Source: TV Guide]
'Lie to Me'
- Shoshannah Stern will recur during the show's upcoming third season as a grad student hired to help Dr. Lightman write his new book. Though some of the psychologist's colleagues fret that the newbie's disability will make her job all but impossible - like the actress, the character is deaf - Lightman takes a shine to her. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'Modern Family'
- Cameron's mom will make an appearance. A minor earthquake spins into separate stories; one of the characters does sleep through it or is not aware of it. There will be an episode where part of it takes place at Jay's work. The scene involves a forklift. There are dock people doing dock things. [Source: Fancast]
'Private Practice'
- Caterina Scorsone, who plays Dr. Amelia Shepherd, has been promoted to series regular. As for the Season 4 premiere of Private, the story will jump ahead a few weeks from Dell's death. [Source: TV Guide]
- The second episode will introduce a character named Jane Finch. But this is no plain Jane but an effeminate male character transitioning into becoming a female. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
'Smallville'
- Carter Hall (aka Hawkman) will return in Season 10's second episode, presumably to help Clark & Co. fight this season's big bad. Clark gets assigned a new partner at the Daily Planet when Lois takes a temporary leave. The character, who seems to be hiding something, is very vocal in her disdain for masked superheroes. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
- Clark's new partner at the Daily Planet has got some major DC Comics cred. The character's name is Cat Grant. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'The Good Wife'
- 'Friday Night Lights's' Scott Porter is joining the show as a professional and perhaps personal foil to Archie Punjabi's sexually ambiguous Kalinda. Porter's handsome and mysterious character, Blake, is Kalinda's private-eye counterpart at the D.C. firm that's merging with Lockhart & Gardner. Per the casting breakdown, Blake "offsets his cynical attitude with lots of hidden humor and sexual charisma. He is disguised as a landlord when he first encounters Kalinda, who doesn't appreciate being taken in by this 'master of disguise.' However, underneath their fractious interactions, there's definite chemistry between these two." Porter's exact episode count is still being worked out, but he could appear in as many as ten episodes. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'The Mentalist'
- The show will introduce the brother-in-law of Patrick Jane, who still blames Patrick for his wife's murder by Red John, in its second episode. The brother-in-law is charismatic and uses his charm and bravado to mask his anxieties. He'll have to rely on Jane when he's suspected of murder. [Source: Keck's Exclusives and TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
'The Middle'
- In the season premiere episode, we'll meet Brick's new teacher, an intimidating force to be reckoned with, played by Doris Roberts. Not only that, but the character will have some "strong" opinions about Frankie's parenting methods. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'The Office'
- Amy Ryan returns to the show next season and will appear in eight episodes. Her character, Holly, will not be that please to be coming back to Scranton especially because she's got a pretty good thing going with her Nashua boyfriend, played by Rob Huebel. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
'The Vampire Diaries'
- The show is casting the potentially recurring role of Vanessa, a very attractive, smart, young grad student who assists Damon and Alaric with their werewolf research at Alaric's alma mater, Duke University. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
'V'
- On the ground, a radical anti-Visitors Fifth Column sect will emerge, headed by a leader the show is currently casting. The mother of devilish V leader Anna will be making her debut. Source: Keck's Exclusives]
