AOL TV was lucky enough to have a prime seat in the 'Supernatural' press room at Comic-Con 2010 -- and with the inclusion of Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki on the already busy schedule, it was one of the hottest tickets in town.

After the jump, we have roundtable footage of our interviews with Ackles, Padalecki, Misha Collins, Jim Beaver, creator Eric Kripke, executive producer Ben Edlund and new showrunner Sera Gamble. Needless to say, there are season six spoilers galore!

First up we have Jensen Ackles, and we wasted no time asking how he felt about his directorial debut for episode 604, titled "Weekend at Bobby's." Ackles also discussed how Dean will change in the upcoming season, the relationship between the brothers Winchester, and the challenges of directing himself.

Misha Collins talks Castiel's new mission, his love/hate relationship with his trenchcoat, and whether there's any chance of Castiel finally getting laid.

Jared Padalecki tells us about the evolution of Sam and his relationship with Dean in season 6.

We couldn't resist asking Eric Kripke what his original five year plan was without the involvement of angels. We also found out what his involvement will be in the upcoming year, and how the tone of the show has changed.

We managed to unearth some juicy spoilers from Ben Edlund about the first episode he's written for season six, the return of Castiel, and the new dynamic between the Winchesters.

We were sadly short-changed on Jim Beaver video thanks to a glitch, but we did manage to record our question regarding Bobby and Crowley for this season ...

And last but by no means least, Sera Gamble talks about stepping into Kripke's shoes as showrunner and the guest stars we might see return.

Are you excited for season six? What do you think of the spoilers that have been released so far?

Wow, these were great! I was so bummed to miss Comic-Con this year. The only panel I was really interested in was Supernatural and these in person interviews are fantastic!! Thanks for sharing them. :o)

Every time I hear, "Dean's family," I want to throw up. I am so disappointed that Eric and Sera decided to go with that kind of tripe. Everything that I am hearing from the ComicCon is disappointing and does anything but build enthusiasm or anticipation for S6 of Supernatural. What a disappointment.

WHat Impala? I thought it's in the garage. Every year we get a story line that revolves around the Winchesters fighting. Don't know if that's the show Jensen and Jared signed on, but I'm only on bord because of them.
Sam's been back for a year and keeps quiet, so that the writters can have fire and fighting between the brothers. It's old and ridiculous if you ask me.
