Mike Golic Rips Cowboys Rookie Dez Bryant (VIDEO)

Would you carry another man's pads? That's not a euphemism for anything, I mean would you carry another man's pads? As in shoulder pads?

That was the discussion on 'Mike & Mike' (weekdays at 6AM ET on ESPN2) this morning. It seems there's a tradition at the Dallas Cowboys training camp (and maybe other camps, I'm not sure) where rookies carry the pads of veteran players after practice. Rookie Dez Bryant refuses to do it, and it's causing all sorts of controversy.

In the world of rookie hazing and/or rituals, this seems rather minor. It's not like they're asking Bryant to carry a tub of Gatorade up a hill or wear someone else's jock for a day.
