Undercover BossCBS's Emmy-nominated reality series 'Undercover Boss' has announced even bigger names for its second season.

In a press release, CBS named NASCAR, DirecTV, Great Wolf Resorts and Chiquita Brands International, Inc. as companies that will be infiltrated by their own undercover executives.

"We're thrilled with this season's new batch of bosses," Stephen Lambert, creator/executive producer of 'Undecover Boss,' said in a statement. "The companies are some of the best known brands in corporate America, and clearly -- with the likes of NASCAR, Chiquita, DirecTV and Great Wolf Resorts -- we've got an interesting blend of industries."

'Undercover Boss' averaged close to 18 million viewers last season and held the coveted post-Super Bowl spot for its debut last winter.

NASCAR's Steve Phelps, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, will go undercover. Mike White, chairman, president and CEO will infiltrate DirecTV; Fernando Aguirre, chairman and CEO of Chiquita Brands International, will find out what it's like at the fruit distributor and CEO Kimberly Schaefer (pictured above) will see what life is like at water park resorts operated by Great Wolf Resorts.

Wondering how the CEO always seems to come in contact with employees of the company who seem to have such a need, or who work with such pride for the company. Do they suggest employees and put that CEO with those that have a need etc. How is that done. This show touches my heart each and every week. I think it's a great show and more companies should be involved with their employees. There are a lot of good people out there, and this show shows how good people can be. Even though we end the show in tears, I still love the show. Thank you for showing that there are a lot of good people out there.

I want to know how they explain the cameras to their subjects, and it seems to me that with cameras present some participants might be influenced to behave differently. Not trying to be a grinch, but I am curious.
