Some Drunken Cross-Dressing on 'Rescue Me' (VIDEO)

There's a pretty bad hangover taking place on 'Rescue Me' (Tue., 10PM ET on FX). Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary) goes out and gets drunk, which is nothing unusual for him, these days. But in addition to the standard drinking, Tommy also swigs from a bottle of spiked whiskey that his relatives gave him. And that gets Tommy really messed up.

In fact, Tommy ends up blacking out, and then can't remember what he did the night before. He wakes up and finds that there is sand and a pair of earrings in his pockets. And he's also wearing a woman's thong. Hmm. Mysterious!

The whole drunken puzzle gets a little more clear when a random hot woman shows up at the firehouse. She appears there to demand her earrings back from Tommy. It seems that Tommy picked her up, then went back to her place -- but was so wasted that he couldn't, um, "perform." So the woman amused herself by dressing him up in women's clothing -- including the earrings, plus hair extensions and a bra. And she has proof! She shows cell phone pictures of the cross-dressed Tommy, to the general amusement of the people in the firehouse.

Well! This also pretty much explains why Tommy woke up in a thong. Now, let's work on getting to the bottom of the "Why did Tommy wake up with sand in his pockets?" mystery.
