Swimsuit Model Kelly Brook Discusses Getting Pulled Over by the CopsKelly Brook is famous in England, but most people have never heard of her here "across the pond" in America. She's been a model since age sixteen -- specializing in bathing suits and lingerie -- and has ranked as high as 5th on the 'FHM Magazine' list of sexiest women in the world. And here's a fairly racy photograph of her, in case you're interested.

Brook was in America to shoot her new film 'Piranha 3-D.' (Which sounds more like a bad movie that would be released in 1977, not 2010, but whatever.) On 'The Kilborn File' (weeknights, 7PM ET on Fox), Kelly discussed her attempts to drive away from the film shoot, in order to go party with her friends in Las Vegas.

While heading to Vegas, Kelly and her pals were stopped by the police. Now, in England, when you get pulled over, you get out of your car and walk over to the policemen. But this is not what you do in America. Still, it's what Kelly did. And after making that mistake, she was instantly surrounded by screaming cops, who pointed guns at her and yelled, "GET DOWN, GET DOWN!"

Magically, Kelly managed to get out of the situation with only a warning and no ticket. Hmm. Could this perhaps have been related to the fact that Kelly was wearing a "tiny dress" -- and also to the fact that she is an international swimsuit model? Just a theory. After all, cops have been known to let pretty girls get out of a ticket in the past.

its all about shock value and also evolution as a society. Like when the bikini was first introduced it was considered to be outrageous but now that it is acceptable.
