Paul Rudd has been to Ireland many times. His late father loved the country, so his remains are there. Sort of. Appearing on the 'Late Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS), Rudd described the surreal experience of scattering his dad's ashes in Ireland.

Rudd's father had known a lighthouse keeper, so the family's intention was to scatter the ashes from the lighthouse. "We realized we had nothing to disperse them with," said Rudd. "So we went to a store and just got party cups ... [it] kinda added to the whole surreal [event]."

Upon finding they had ashes left over, they took the remainder to another of his favorite places. But this time, the Rudd family "'Lebowski'd" themselves in the process.
