News Roundup: 'Bones' Courts 'Jersey Shore' Star, Dallas Roberts Joins 'The Good Wife' and More

Mike 'Bones' would love to have a certain "Situation" on its hands.

According to Ausiello Files, the Fox series is in talks with Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino to guest star on a 'Jersey Shore'-esque episode.

"We're trying to get The Situation to play a murder victim," series creator Hart Hanson told Ausiello. "A guido is killed and Booth and Brennan enter that world to find out what happens. We're not sure if it'll happen or not. Talks are ongoing."

'The L Word' star Dallas Roberts has joined the cast of 'The Good Wife' as Alicia's brother. According to Ausiello Files, Roberts' character, Owen, is a gay algebra teacher who winds up in Chicago as a visiting professor. Don't expect a lot of drama about his sexual orientation.

'Justified' star Timothy Olyphant will guest star on NBC's 'The Office' for at least two episodes this season. According to TV Guide Magazine, Olyphant will play a salesman who is very good at this job. Series writer, producer and star Paul Lieberstein (Toby), told the magazine that Olyphant's character steals clients from Michael, Dwight and Jim, prompting the gang to set up a sting to see what Olyphant's secret is.

Courtney Ford, known to many for her role as Christine on 'Dexter' has booked a potentially recurring gig on CW's 'The Vampire Diaries.' According to Ausiello Files, Ford will play Vanessa, a grad student who helps the gang go through Isobel's old research.

Lady Gaga is unstoppable. The pop sensation leads this year's MTV Video Music Awards nominees with 13 individual nods and three for her collaboration with Beyoncé for 'Telephone,' according to Popeater. Head on over to Popeater for the full list of nominees.
