Giovanni Ribisi Rights Newspaper's Wrong by Playing with The Roots (VIDEO)

On 'Late Night' (weeknights, 12:37AM ET on NBC), Jimmy Fallon unveiled a picture from 'The Washington Post' website of The Roots performing on Earth Day. So far, so good. But the caption misidentified Roots bassist Owen Biddle as Giovanni Ribisi.

Yeah, from that distance, he could pass as Ribisi's doppelganger. Still, an error is an error. (Plus, the actor already has a twin, though they are far from identical.)

No matter: Ribisi just happens to play the guitar. So to "make the fact work," Fallon suggested the 'Middle Men' star perform with the band. Biddle, dressed exactly like Ribisi, played beside him. And ya know what? Ribisi was actually pretty good.
