Take That Bill O'Reilly! Jennifer Aniston Fires Back

Jennifer AnistonEarlier this week, Bill O'Reilly deemed Jennifer Aniston "destructive to our society" because of comments she made regarding single motherhood. Now, the 41-year-old actress is firing back.

"Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth," Aniston told PEOPLE.

"And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming (with fatherly instincts), but for those who've not yet found their Bill O'Reilly, I'm just glad science has provided a few other options."

While promoting her new movie, 'The Switch,' earlier this week, Aniston told reporters that women don't need to settle to start a family.

In 'Switch,' Aniston plays a woman who elects to take on life as a single parent through artificial insemination. During the movie's press conference in LA, the actress admitted "times have changed" and women don't need to rely on men to be good mothers.

"Women are realizing more and more that you don't have to settle, they don't have to fiddle with a man to have that child," Aniston said. "They are realizing if it's that time in their life and they want this part they can do it with or without that."

O'Reilly called out the actress, deeming her message inappropriate. "Jennifer Aniston can hire a battery of people to help her. But she can't hire a dad. Dads bring a psychology to children that in this society is under emphasized. Men get hosed all day long in the parental arena," he ranted.

In a recent PopEater poll, 63 percent of readers believed Jennifer Aniston was sending the wrong message to teens about motherhood.

Good job Atticus Draco for deleting your first rant, but it doesn't change the fact that you are talking nonsense too. There are lots of single parents who can't afford a nanny, but they raised their children well. There are also both sets of parents who consists of Mom and Dad that has many nannies, because both of them are working. Let's take the situation of Brad and Angelina's children. They are both working parents and mostly around with their kids, but still has lots of nannies who take care of them. Of course Jen can hire a nanny if she want to, since she is working and can really afford a good one also. As long as they pay the nanny, it's not a crime to hire one.

I think everyone's taking this just a little to seriously. A). Who cares what O'Reilly thinks about a subject, he doesn't - He knows he's doing a show for ENTERTAINMENT. He doesn't even come up with the subjects people! B). Jennifer Aniston wasn't sending anyone a message - she was talking about a personal thing in an INTERVIEW. She knows she has the resources, that's WHY IT'S AN OPTION FOR HER! If you know someone that is taking there life decision cues from Hollywood you must already know they're missing a few fries in their happy meal.

Tony, keep spouting politically correct talking points about tolerance, when all around you single parents with kids are in big trouble.

The poverty rate for all children in married-couple families is 8.2 percent.
By contrast, the poverty rate for all children in single-parent families is four times higher at 35.2 percent.

Someone has to be able to confront these realities without non-thinkers spouting buzz words.

Wake up.

Atticus Draco, it is dangerous to worship O'reilly. Can't you hear yourself? You and O'reilly can use an anger management counselling.. lol. If that doesn't work, you can check to a psycho ward, since you definitely need one.
