Criss Angel Escapes Underwater Shackles and Concrete Shoes on 'Mindfreak' (VIDEO)

Like the famous "escapologist" Harry Houdini, Criss Angel had a "death-defying" breakout of his own on 'Criss Angel Mindfreak' (Wed., 10PM ET on AETV).

In this rendition, he was chained, shackled, handcuffed, wrapped in rope, and his feet were cemented in concrete. Angel was then dunked into Arizona's Lake Havasu.

Under water, he was able to wriggle from the handcuffs, rip off the chains and somehow hammer his feet free (?). The gathered crowds above him couldn't see a thing -- they could only count. He supposedly held his breath for nearly four minutes. Truth or fiction? You decide.
