'The Kids in the Hall' Return to TV (VIDEO)

'The Kids in the Hall' Return to TV'The Kids in the Hall' haven't appeared on network television since 1995. Which means that -- unless you're as old as this particular 'TV Squad' writer -- you might not even remember them. Yes, an entire generation has grown up without the 'Kids' uniquely bizarre brand of sketch-comedy. And that's sad!

But no need to fret: the 'Kids' are back. And what's more, the 'Kids' are all right! (Sorry, we were sort of contractually obligated to make that joke.)

The new series 'The Kids in the Hall: Death Comes to Town' (Fri., 10PM ET on IFC), centers around the small -- and very depressing -- town of Shuckton, in Canada. The premiere episode of the series features the mayor (Bruce McCulloch) and his wife (played by Dave Foley), as they make a desperate -- and ultimately doomed -- attempt to bring the Olympics to their tiny town.

Cool. It's nice to have KITH back in our lives. And it's good to see that Dave Foley -- in his role as the mayor's wife -- hasn't lost his traditional talent for dressing up in drag.

It's about time they return! They're all hilarious, but I especially loved the one where Kevin was this soft spoken man trying to order Chamomile tea. lolol

This clip is a prime example of their brand of humor. The show is quirky , hilarious , and outrageous and thats what makes Kids In The Hall "Kids In The Hall". That was a funny show and I hope they can recapture that same magic. ....At first glance I didn't even realize that was Dave Foley.

These "Kids" haven't lost a beat. Death Comes To Town is shaping up to be a great series. I really like that they decided to do a cohesive series, instead of the sketch comedy they are known for. It shows that they can still grow and adapt after all these years.
