Melissa Joan Hart Does a Sorority Girl Rap on 'Melissa & Joey' (VIDEO)

The series 'Melissa & Joey' (Tue., 8PM ET on ABC Family) is a conscious flashback to the way comedy shows used to be: multiple cameras, filmed in front of a live studio audience, with a loud laugh track. And to complete the "old-timey" feel, the sitcom features Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence -- stars of '90s shows like 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch' and 'Blossom' -- as the non-cleverly named title couple. The new episode centers around Joey's life as a male nanny, or "Manny." Joey is worried that his somewhat humiliating job is cramping his dating style. Enter Liz: Melissa's sexy former sorority sister. Things are suddenly starting to look up for Joey.
But before Joey can start hitting on Liz, the two sorority pals must reunite, and do a truly horrifying sorority song/"rap." Here are some of the lyrics: "We party so hard sometimes we end up in the slamma'. ... Tri Gamma, yo, yo! Tri Gramma, yo, yo! ... Suck it!" Truly, this is some of the worst pseudo-"rapping" that we have heard in a long, long time.
