'America's Got Talent': Who Will Be the First Finalists?Well, it's been a long road to make it to this point. But tonight on 'America's Got Talent' (Wed., 9PM ET on NBC), we at last got to see the first batch of contestants who heading to the final round. However, there were some twists and turns along the way.

[Spoiler alert.]

The initial group of potential finalists consisted of: ArcAttack, Future Funk, Dan Sperry, and Christina Young. Host Nick Cannon stood at the side of the stage, and read from a card announcing the winner of this group. And the winner was ... none of them. "Wow," Nick said. "No one is moving on." That's the first time this has happened all season, and the judges looked shocked. "Is that real?" Howie Mandel asked. Yes; yes it was. The entire group was sent home.

The next choice was between AsecnDance and the young dance team Anna & Patryk. The two dancers made it, and AscenDance was cut.

Three more acts then came onto the stage: Prince Poppycock, Michael Grimm, and Taylor Mathews. In a reversal of the earlier odd result, all three were picked for the finals! Howie seemed pleased, as he was a big fan of all of them.

This left only once space remaining. And the last performers chosen were ...

... Singers Christina & Ali, the pair of sisters who are suffering from cystic fibrosis. Sharon Osbourne said she couldn't bear to break their hearts by sending them home.

And there is your first group of five finalists. All in all, it was a fairly wild night. But as Nick Cannon said, "That's live television!"
