Kicked Off For Failing to Guess Ingredients on 'MasterChef'It's time to eliminate two more contestants on 'MasterChef' (Wed., 8PM ET on Fox). The Gordon Ramsay-based show gathers together amateur cooks from all across the nation -- but of course, not everyone can make the cut.

[Spoiler alert.]

Faruq Jenkins was the first player kicked off. Mr. Jenkins got in trouble on the very first episode of the show -- for screwing up and forgetting to add salt to some macaroni and cheese. Tonight, he botched a dish consisting of fish, salsa, and sauce, and was ejected from the series. Faruq managed to be very polite in defeat. "It was a privilege to cook for y'all," he said.

The second elimination was based on the results of a "Pressure Test." Contestants had to correctly identify as many ingredients as possible from a batch of twenty-five random foods that were laid out on a table. The cook who got the least number right would be sent home.

It came down to a battle between Tracy Nailor and Tony Carbone. Mr. Carbon was able to name nine different ingredients. Then, it was Tracy's turn. She needed ten ingredients to come out on top. She recognized okra, smoked salmon, golden raisins -- and more. Tracy pulled into a tie with Tony, and only needed one more to win. The last food item was filet mignon and ...

... Tracy identified it correctly! Tony went home; Ms. Nailor stayed in the show.

And so, in the end, Tracy was saved by a piece of steak. Well done!
