Jenni Pulos has some bad scoop for her boss on 'Flipping Out' (Tue., 9PM ET on BRAVO): He's been fired. A client's friend tells her that he fired Jeff Lewis and replaced him with a competitor -- all news to Jeff.

"I don't even know what I did wrong, because he wouldn't return my calls," says Jeff. "At least have the balls to say what you're doing, don't just disappear ... Break off with me over an email -- I'm fine with that. Text me, ya know?"

Just as he's beginning to sound like a spurned lover, Jenni goes one step further, explaining the circumstances using a dating analogy, complete with a diamond ring.
