Conspiracy?! Rachel Maddow's Mic Cuts Out as She Criticizes Bush Iraq War Policy (VIDEO)

by Jeremy Taylor, posted Sep 1st 2010 11:41AM
On 'The Rachel Maddow Show' (weekdays, 9 PM ET on MSNBC) Maddow used the occasion of the President's Oval Office speech on the Iraq War to reexamine how she believes the Bush administration deceived the country into the war.

As she was detailing the ways they did so, a sinister thing happened: her mic cut off.

After an unplanned commercial break, her audio was restored.

"It's really weird. It is not like I'm on a satellite feed or anything," Maddow explained. "I'm in my home studio in New York, and what I lost was the audio of the hard wired mic that I wear that pins me to my desk ... nothing like that's ever happened before. I'm such a conspiracy theorist I can't tell you what I'm thinking right now, it would discredit me forever."

Somewhere, Dick Cheney is cackling.

A lot of people have criticized the Iraq War on mainstream media shows. She thinks it's someone trying to silence her just because her mic cut out?

It was probably just Ed Schultz having another childish temper tantrum and messed with the control board or whatever because all attention wasn't on him. :)

I absolutley love Rachel's show, i was very shocked at her rant at the end of the President's Address. I mean what did she expect him to do "rage against Bush like she and keith does (who i absolutely as well). If he did, he'd be a commentator not President.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN RACHEL'S COMMENTS. WHEN HER MIC CUT I THOUGHT GOOD, SHE NEEDS TO COOL DOWN.
