Yes, people do win big on 'Minute to Win it' (Tue, 8PM ET on NBC) despite the seemingly impossible challenges. In this clip, two sisters take home $50,000 which will help them buy medication for their cancer-stricken mother.

"Fifty-thousand dollars for us would be life changing," said one contestant. "My mom's been struggling with cancer for 2 1/2 years and we buy all of her medicines. Every penny that we work for goes towards bills and buying her medicine and it's upwards of $4,000 a month."

Their challenge involves bouncing ping pong balls on plates into a goldfish bowl, with a total of four needed to take the prize. Luck and dexterity prevail as the sister's handily win the challenge with more than 30 seconds to spare.
