Will Arnett Talks About His New Son, and Wife Amy Poehler's C-SectionActor Will Arnett appeared on 'Late Show With David Letterman' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS), and he had one burning topic on his mind. And that topic was ... babies! Mr. Arnett has just had a second son. Well, actually, his wife Amy Poehler had it. Will just more sort of stood around in the delivery room, as guys tend to do.

Amy gave birth via a C-Section -- which is a very private fact that her husband was cool with mentioning on national TV. We're sure that Amy will be pleased. And here are some other unique and bizarre facts about Arnett's new son, as told to David Letterman ...

1) Will's first son is named "Archie." The new kid is named "Abel." A fairly unusual name, to be sure. Letterman seems a little confused by it. "Abel," he says. "And is that a -- um, uh -- what is that?" There is a long sarcastic pause during Arnett's reply: "It's a valid question." Then comes the long pause. " ... [Do] you remember the Bible?" he asks Dave. Zing! Still, considering the story of Cain and Abel, it's a pretty odd name for a kid.

2) Archie is two years old, and Abel has obviously just been born. Dave is excited by this. He thinks it's "great" to have two little kids who are so close together in age. Will is also pleased, but for a slightly different reason. "I've always wanted to get that photo of a baby holding a baby. So I made that happen," he says.

3) When Abel was born, he received loud cheers from the people standing in the hospital room. Which seems strange, but Dave had it happen to him also, when his son was born. If you're reading this, and you've had a kid too, can you tell us -- is this standard procedure upon the arrival of a child? It's kind of sweet, but also a little weird: "Congratulations! You've been born! Good job!"

... And that's about it from Mr. Arnett on the topic of his son. We hope to see him back on the show once he has another one. And hopefully that kid will also have a quirky name that starts with the letter "A" -- because we would be disappointed if that didn't happen.
