The 'House Beautiful' editor-in-chief has a surprise for Jeff Lewis, and it's a really stressful one. On 'Flipping Out' (Wed., 9PM ET on BRAVO), Lewis' executive assistant Jenni Pulos likens it to pop quizzes from school days: "All of a sudden our teacher -- or the editor-in-chief -- said, 'Oh by the way, there's a meeting with 45 people.'"

Lewis later explains: "I had no idea I had to even give some sort of talk, speech, introduction" -- and to a bunch of suits. "I was afraid of cussing or saying something inappropriate and alienating, like, a really big sponsor," says Lewis, who designs the magazine's Kitchen of the Year.

The designer does begin his talk/speech/introduction rather nervously, with a bit of stuttering and deer-in-headlights expressions. But he pulls it together with a joke about his housekeeper Zoila Chavez.
