When we moved a few years back one of the bathrooms was in perfect condition. However, the tiles were grey (ceiling to floor) and the floor was beige tile
(BORING). For less than $100 it is now beautiful. I bought a drape with cabbage patch roses and put it in front of the sliding bathtub doors. I painted frames which I also pick up at garage sales and put pictures from Victorian cards in the frames. I painted a narrow table which was my mom's white shabby chic and covered the book shelf and top with a pink and white check fabric. I bought an inexpensive rug in Home Goods (Beige with reds and greens) I also got candle holders (black) that hang from the ceiling on ebay and put raspberry candles in the candle holders. Another good place to shop is shopgoodwill.com. I have gotten some real treasures from there.
