Suze Orman, Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil Get Together for the Launch of Oprah's OWN Network

Suze OrmanOprah Winfrey is assembling a venerable who's who of self-help gurus to come together for specials on her new network, OWN.

Dr. Phil McGraw, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Suze Orman will film four different two-hour specials with studio audiences in Los Angeles and New York. According to Entertainment Weekly, the specials will air on four consecutive Sundays to coincide with OWN's launch on Jan. 1.

So, who decided to bring these gurus together? Orman and Lisa Erspamer, chief creative officer at OWN.

"It's the dream scenario," Erspamer told EW. "They've never done anything like this together, so God only knows what will happen. They're like rock stars. We feel like it's a great way to kick off the new year and the new network."

Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and Orman will take audience questions during the specials, but don't look for them to be unanimous with their advice. "Each has their own area of expertise," Erspamer said. "They are all opinionated, lively, and strong."

The three experts have appeared on stage together before, last season they helped celebrate the 10th anniversary of Winfrey's O Magazine on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show.'

Winfrey kicked off her final season by giving her audience members a free trip to Australia. Watch the big O making the surprise announcement here.

Hi, I watched one of the two hour specials and saw the gal with her husband and four kids and she couldn't quit smoking. May I just tell a little of my experience, because it Will help her. I smoked my whole life, well, from 16 to 64, so I would say that was my whole life. And I didn't want to quit, or never ever planned on it. That is the mindset. Long story short, I brought home my Mom @92 yrs. to be her care giver, and little by little it was difficult for me to function. I cut my cigs. back to 6 a day for about 6 to 8 months, and with every smoke I would trash talk myself, like "What are you nuts?? Why are you ******* that hot air in your lungs, when you need them to breath to live. " I have to say that I Did Not believe anything I was saying, but I told myself anyway. They raised the price on cigs. again and I laid them down WITHout any withdrawals and I am here to tell you I will never pick them up again. Then I started having so many more problems, I couldn't walk across the room without being breathless, and struggling for air. I went to the doctor and I was diagnosed with COPD. It has been two years now and I haven't missed smoking at all. I do ok, but I still have to live day to day with this. I am a mother of three grown sons, and I have five grandchildren, and I am 66 years old. Some days I feel like I am 95. PLEASE tell that gal that was on your show my story, and tell her it really will help her so that she doesn't have to be like me. We smokers had all the excuses of a cocain addict. Don't be like that. Thanks, Mary Ann
