Geraldo Rivera was on 'The O'Reilly Factor' (weekdays, 8 PM ET on Fox News) to discuss the sad saga of cartoonist Molly Norris. Norris, a cartoonist for The Seattle Weekly, proposed 'Everybody Draw Muhammad Day" as a response to Comedy Central censoring an image of Muhammad out of South Park episode after receiving death threats from Muslim extremists. Norris believed that if everybody was drawing Muhammad, the extremists wouldn't be able to go after everybody.
Well, it turns out they just went after her, issuing a fatwa calling for her death, and forcing her to go into hiding.
"She hasn't just gone into hiding, she's changed her name ... Molly Norris is no more," Geraldo explained. "She has disappeared off the face of the earth. "Why? Because she has been put on a hit list by Anwar al-Awlaki, the same guy who inspired the Fort Hood shooter, and the Underwear Bomber."
"This is an example ... of however wacky we think it is, these people in the Muslim extremist faction -- and there are tens of millions of them -- they will kill you dead, the way they killed Theo Van Gough," was Geraldo's warning.
