'Martha Stewart Presents: The Women Who Dress AmericaIn 'Martha Stewart Presents: The Women Who Dress America' (Sun. 9PM on Hallmark), Stewart spotlighted fashion designer Donna Karan. particularly for her work in designing clothing for women that spotlights the parts of their body that do look good while concealing those parts that aren't working so well.

"You have built an amazing empire creating clothing that women love to wear," Stewart said. "All women of all ages."

"This has been my complete personal, very vain obsession of clothes that my friends and I can wear that's not about anything," Karan explained. She then went on to relay the story of how she approached her boss at 25 years old with this idea to start a "little bitty company ... just for me and my friends."

Karan got the backing she needed and was able to build a fashion empire with exquisite, elegant and sensual design that more importantly both looked good and was comfortable to wear. Her work earned her "the prestigious lifetime achievement award from The Council of Fashion Designers of America."

Stewart took some time from the interview to engage in another of Karan's passions: yoga. It's something Karan has been doing since she was 18 years old, and she's kept up with it as a way to stay connected with her daughter. We're all for ways to relax and find spiritual enlightenment, but we're not so convinced Stewart was feeling any lighter. We're definitely certain Karan didn't design the yoga outfit Stewart was wearing.
